1. Plans and what they include
This Membership Agreement is between you and [OPERATOR: legal entity name — launch blocker] (“we”), the operator of Studio Prompts. It applies from the moment you buy a plan, lifetime access or a prompt pack.
The plans on sale, their prices and their inclusions are shown on the pricing page at the time you buy and in your order confirmation. The catalogue is data-driven, so the pricing page is the authoritative description. At the time of writing the plan families are:
| Plan | Billing | Prompts | Also included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Yearly | Recurring, every 12 months | Unlimited | Apps, sections, backgrounds and gradients, templates, MCP, community access, priority support |
| Lifetime | One payment | Unlimited | Everything in Yearly, plus all future drops and early access to new releases |
| 3 Months | Recurring, every 3 months (offered selectively) | Fair use: 3 premium prompt copies per day | Apps, sections, backgrounds, MCP; upgrade path to Lifetime |
| Prompt packs | One payment | 2, 5 or 10 permanent unlocks | No subscription; credits are consumed one per premium prompt |
“Unlimited” means unlimited manual use by one person for real work. It is not a licence for automated bulk extraction; see fair use below.
2. Billing and renewals
- Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We email you before a yearly renewal.
- Payments are processed by our payment processor. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for renewals. Failed renewals are retried; if payment still fails, access to premium content pauses until payment succeeds.
- Prices may change. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for, and we give at least 30 days’ notice before a higher price applies to your next renewal.
- Taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing address.
- Promotional prices, coupons and regional pricing apply only as described in the offer; they may not be combined unless stated.
3. Cancelling
Cancel anytime from Account → Billing (or through the billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep full access until then and are not charged again. You can resume before the period ends without losing anything. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
Prompts you unlocked during your membership remain in your library after it ends, under the License. New premium unlocks require an active entitlement.
4. Lifetime access
Lifetime access is a single payment for access to the library — including every future item we publish — for the lifetime of the Studio Prompts service. It is tied to one account and one person, is not transferable and cannot be paused, refunded after use, or converted to cash.
If we ever discontinue the service, we will give lifetime members at least 90 days’ notice and a way to export the prompts they have unlocked. If the service is acquired, lifetime access carries over to the successor.
3-month subscribers can upgrade to Lifetime at the upgrade price shown in their account; the subscription is set to end at the close of its current period and lifetime access starts immediately.
5. Prompt packs
- A pack adds a fixed number of credits to your account. Each credit unlocks one premium prompt permanently; re-opening an unlocked prompt never uses a credit.
- Credits are consumed only for prompt-type content (website, app, section prompts and DESIGN.md files). Backgrounds and templates require a plan or lifetime access.
- Credits are not used while you hold an unlimited plan or lifetime access; they stay in your wallet.
- Credits are personal, non-transferable and have no cash value. Any expiry date is shown at purchase and in your account.
6. Fair use and limits
- Daily copy limit
- Daily-limited plans (such as 3 Months) allow a set number of premium prompt copies per day, currently 3, resetting at midnight in the quota timezone shown in your account. Free content does not count.
- Free accounts
- Registered free accounts may unlock a small number of premium prompts in total (currently 3, shared between the web and MCP) and copy free prompts within a daily soft limit.
- Rate limits
- All accounts are subject to per-minute rate limits on the website, the API and the MCP server to protect availability.
- Anti-abuse
- We may throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit scraping patterns, share credentials, run multiple accounts to multiply allowances, or otherwise use the service in ways a single person would not.
7. Early access
Some new items are released first to early-access plans (currently Lifetime) for a limited window before they become available to other plans. During that window the item is visible to everyone but can only be unlocked by eligible members. The window length is shown on the item.
8. MCP, community and support
- MCP: paid plans include unlimited use of the MCP server within rate limits. Free accounts can use it within the free allowance.
- Community: where a plan lists community access, we provide a link in your account. The community has its own code of conduct.
- Priority support: members on paid plans are answered first. Response targets are goals, not guarantees.
9. One person, one account
Memberships are personal. Sharing credentials, rotating a seat between people, or using a membership to feed content into a shared internal library is not permitted. Teams and agencies can contact support@studioprompts.com for multi-seat arrangements.
10. Changes to plans
We may add, rename, reprice or retire plans. Retiring a plan never removes access you have paid for: existing subscriptions continue until cancelled (or are migrated to an equivalent or better plan at no extra cost), and lifetime access is unaffected.
