Creator Program Terms
What you agree to when you submit a design to the Studio Prompts creator program: what you must own, the licence you give us, how review, rewards and payouts work, and what happens if a submission turns out to be someone else’s work.

1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to every person who submits a design, prompt, template, background or other material (a “Submission”) through the creator program. They are part of the Terms of Service; the License, the Privacy Policy and the Copyright Policy also apply. By submitting you confirm you have read and accepted them.
You must have an account in good standing and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). We may decline to admit, or may remove, any creator at our reasonable discretion.
2. What you promise about a Submission
- You created it, or you hold every right needed to license it to us as described below, and you can prove it on request.
- It does not copy, trace, restyle or otherwise reproduce another person’s site, design system, template, prompt or protected brand assets, and it does not include fonts, images, video, code or other third-party material you are not licensed to redistribute.
- If you used AI tools to make part of it, the result is sufficiently your own creative work, you have the right to license it under the tool’s terms, and you tell us which tools were involved when we ask.
- It contains no malicious code, hidden tracking, unlawful content or personal data of third parties.
- You have not sold or exclusively licensed the same Submission to a competing library in a way that conflicts with these terms, and you will tell us before doing so later.
3. The licence you grant
You keep ownership of your Submission. For every Submission we accept, you grant Studio Prompts a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example to fit our prompt format, previews and metadata), display, promote and distribute it on the Service and through our tools, including the MCP server, and to sub-license it to members under the License that governs the library.
Members who unlock your Submission receive the rights set out in the License. Because members rely on that licence, you cannot withdraw it for members who already unlocked the item. You may ask us to stop offering a Submission to new members with 30 days’ notice at support@studioprompts.com; we remove it sooner where a rights issue is involved.
You also grant us the right to show your creator handle, display name, avatar and bio next to your work and in promotion of the program. You can change those details in your creator profile at any time.
4. Review and acceptance
Submissions are reviewed by our team for quality, originality, completeness and fit with the library. We may ask for changes, accept the Submission as is, edit titles, descriptions, categories and tags, add our own previews, or decline it. A decision to decline is final for that Submission, and we do not have to give reasons.
We may publish accepted Submissions as free or premium items, change that status later, feature them, and set the categories and taxonomy under which they appear.
5. Rewards
For each accepted Submission we pay the reward that applies to that content family at the time of acceptance. Current reward amounts, caps and any performance bonuses are published on the Creators page and in your creator dashboard; the amounts shown when your Submission is accepted are the ones that apply to it. Rewards are one-off payments unless your dashboard states otherwise.
A reward is earned when the Submission is accepted and published. No reward is due for declined Submissions, for Submissions withdrawn before acceptance, or for material that later proves to breach section 2.
6. Payouts
- Payouts are requested from your creator dashboard once your balance reaches the minimum shown there, and are made by the payout methods offered in your dashboard.
- Before the first payout we may ask for identity, tax and payment details (for example a W-9 or W-8 form for U.S. tax reporting). Payouts are paused until the information we need is complete.
- We aim to pay within 30 days of an approved request. Transfer fees charged by payout providers may be deducted where stated in your dashboard.
- You are responsible for taxes on amounts you receive. Where the law requires us to withhold or report, we will.
7. Complaints, removal and claw-back
If we receive a credible complaint that a Submission infringes someone’s rights, we follow the Copyright Policy: we remove or hide the item, tell you, and restore it only if the matter is resolved in your favour. If a Submission breached section 2, we may cancel unpaid rewards connected to it, recover rewards already paid for it, and end your participation.
You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from a breach of your promises in section 2.
8. Fair play
Submitting the same work under several accounts, inflating likes or views, submitting generated near-duplicates in bulk, or attempting to game rewards leads to removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid rewards.
9. Ending participation
You can leave the program at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@studioprompts.com. We can end your participation with notice, or immediately for a breach of these terms. Leaving does not affect licences already granted for accepted Submissions, which continue for members who unlocked them, and does not affect rewards already earned, which remain payable.
10. Changes
We may change these terms and the reward schedule prospectively. Changes are announced in your dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect, except where a change is needed for legal reasons. Submissions made after the effective date are governed by the new terms.
