1. Joining
Anyone with an account in good standing who is at least 18 (or the age of majority where they live) may apply from the Affiliates page. We may accept or decline applications, and remove affiliates, at our reasonable discretion. These terms are part of the Terms of Service.
2. Links and attribution
- You receive referral links containing your code. A visitor who arrives through your link is attributed to you on a first-touch basis: the first affiliate link a visitor uses is the one that counts, for the attribution window published on the Affiliates page.
- Attribution is stored in a first-party cookie and a visitor record; if a visitor clears cookies, uses another device or browser, or arrives through someone else’s link first, the purchase may not be attributed to you.
- Purchases made by an account that already existed before the first visit through your link, or by you, your household or your business, do not qualify.
3. Commissions
- You earn the commission rate published on the Affiliates page and in your dashboard at the time of the referred purchase, applied to the net amount we actually receive (after discounts, taxes and refunds). Which products are commissionable — and whether renewals qualify — is also shown there.
- Commissions enter a holding period published in your dashboard. During the hold a commission is reversed if the purchase is refunded, charged back, cancelled, or found to breach these terms.
- Commissions become payable when the hold ends and your balance reaches the minimum payout shown in your dashboard.
- We may correct attribution and commission records where fraud, error or a reversed payment is identified, including after payout.
4. Payouts
- Payouts are requested from your dashboard and made by the methods offered there. Before the first payout we may ask for identity, tax and payment details (for example a W-9 or W-8 form).
- We aim to pay within 30 days of an approved request. Payout provider fees may be deducted where your dashboard says so.
- You are responsible for taxes on commissions. Where the law requires us to withhold or report, we will.
5. What you may not do
- Refer yourself, your own accounts, your company or your household, or ask others to buy through your link so you can share the commission.
- Bid on, register or use our brand name, logo or confusingly similar terms in paid search, domains, social handles or app-store listings, or present yourself as Studio Prompts.
- Send unsolicited bulk email or messages, place links on coupon-scraping or incentive sites, use pop-unders, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, iframes, redirects that hide the destination, or any technique that attributes visitors who did not choose to follow your link.
- Make false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about the Service, its prices, its content, or results members will get; publish premium prompt text, templates or other protected content; or imply any guarantee we do not make.
- Promote the Service alongside unlawful, hateful, adult or deceptive content.
A breach may lead to reversal of commissions connected to the breach, forfeiture of the unpaid balance, and removal from the program.
6. Disclosures to your audience
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection with Studio Prompts wherever you place a referral link or endorsement, in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising and any equivalent local rules. A disclosure such as “I earn a commission if you buy through this link” placed before the link, in the same medium and readable without scrolling or expanding, meets our expectations; a disclosure buried in a profile, footer or hashtag soup does not.
Statements about the Service must reflect your honest experience. Do not describe features you have not used, and do not quote prices or offers that are no longer current.
7. Changes and ending
We may change commission rates, the attribution window, the holding period, commissionable products and these terms prospectively, with at least 14 days’ notice in your dashboard; the values in effect when a referred purchase is made apply to that purchase. Either of us may end your participation at any time; commissions already earned and not reversed remain payable after the holding period.
